Attorney Lynch brings nearly 15 years of legal experience to property and business owners in Chicago and the collar counties. A former Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Chicago in the Department of Law and an Assistant Commissioner of the Department of Buildings, he was responsible for the City's Demolition Bureau, Mayor Daley's Fast Track Program and building code enforcement.
