Justin Mantell is an associate with the Law Office of Bryan P. Lynch, P.C and concentrates his practice on eminent domain matters representing owners of residential and commercial property owners throughout the Chicagoland area, including the counties of Cook, Lake, DuPage, Kane, McHenry and Will.

Justin earned his law degree from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis in 2017, where he worked as a licensed student attorney in the Neighborhood Preservation Clinic representing the City of Memphis in public lawsuits seeking recourse against owners of neglected, vacant and abandoned properties. While at the University of Memphis, Justin was a recipient of the Dean's Award for Excellence for the best oral advocate in legal methods. During the summer following his first year of law school, Justin served as a legal extern in the office of General Counsel to the Governor of Illinois, where he reviewed proposed legislation for legal implications and researched state labor litigation.

Justin obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from Indiana University. While at Indiana he served as a student manager for the Hoosiers basketball team for four years. Justin resides in the City of Chicago with his wife, and is passionate about cooking, sports and travel.

Justin is admitted to practice law in Illinois and is a member of the Chicago and Illinois State Bar Associations, as well as the Decalogue Society of Lawyers.
